"Avantage Service" BCGE

Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE) is a major financial institution in canton Geneva, Switzerland. "Avantage Service" is a tool to promote the set of banking services, leads potential clients to online service ordering and self-onboarding solution.

Involved as UX Strategist, I was responsible for understanding product specifications and user psychology, analysis of the input data and data sorting, information architecture, storyboarding, user Journey mapping.

Involved as UX Designer, I defined the right interaction model, developed wireframes and prototype and worked with UI designers to implement visuals.
